GreatSchools provides free school information, expert advice and parent-to-parent support on its Web site, GreatSchools.net, thanks to the support of foundations and corporations that understand the importance of parent involvement in a child's education. Parents can subscribe to free email newsletters, including Helping Kids With Learning Difficulties and find useful information about learning difficulties, homework help, and choosing the right school.

This site has a parent toolkit that addresses topics such at attention, mathematics, reading and writing. For each topic there are strategies helpful hints, case studies and resources. One can experience specific learning difficulties first hand through computer simulation. Schools Attuned is a professional development and service delivery program that assists K-12 educators in using neurodevelopmental content in their classrooms to create success in learning and provide hope and satisfaction for all students.

The National Center for Learning Disabilities offers programs for individuals with learning disabilities in early literacy and learning, grades K-8, High School and adulthood. There is information for parents of children with learning disabilities. In addition the site has an advocacy center.
